Amazing customer service, they'll help you out in any way they can. They have a ton of tools and a well stocked store. Always handy to run in and pick something up last minute without having to go to the Oneida or Syracuse.
It is nothing like it used to be. Prices are high. Can't find what you want because there out of stock. I'm not sure sure how they stay in business.
This place allows me to avoid a trip to Home Depot 9.5 out of 10 times. They really stock what the locals need, from water/well pump hardware to boating accessories. I've been pleasantly surprised there so many times I can't count. I can't really speak about the service as I don't really ask many questions and usually know what I need. And of coarse it's not as cheap as HD, but I'm willing to pay extra for the convenience of a well-stocked local store.
